Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Morgan Wallen gear, but if you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns and exchanges on unworn, unwashed items within 30 days of delivery. Please note that certain limited edition tour merchandise and sale items are considered final sale.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and including a copy of your packing slip.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy; we will process your refund or ship your exchange once the items are inspected at our warehouse.
